We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and any charges are shown at checkout before payment. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking details are provided when available.
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Unless a different timeframe is agreed at checkout, orders will be delivered within 30 days. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Contact us through the website before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and include the standard delivery cost where required by law. Items should be returned in their original condition; deductions may apply if they have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items are covered by your statutory rights.
